Ameritex continually invests in the latest technology to stay ahead of the competition. The addition of the Electra 10kw automated fiber laser has allowed us to promise faster turnarounds on both sheet metal and thick plate with its ability to cut 1/8” sheet at over 1000ipm, its speed is unmatched by our competition. To cover thicker materials in 2023 we have added a 20kw LVD Phoenix 4020 Laser with a 62-shelf storage system, this laser can process up to 1.5” plate and can nitrogen cut up to 3/4” steel at exceptional speeds.
